Induction and Work Orientation Program Rizal Hall, San Pablo Central School July 31, 2015
The Division of San Pablo City envisions integrally developed stewards of the institution committed to serving our stakeholders and proud to be part of the Department of Education. As we adhere to this, an Induction and Work Orientation Program for Newly Hired Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel for SY 2015-2016 was conducted on July 31, 2015 at Rizal Hall, San Pablo Central School.
The program was attended by 62 teaching and 8 non-teaching personnel who were hired for the year 2015. The Education Program Supervisors and Public Schools District Supervisors were also present during the ceremony. The induction and oath-taking was administered by our OIC- Schools Division Superintendent, Susan DL. Oribiana. The inspiring message imparted by the OIC-SDS emphasized that teachers should teach the pupils on how to passionately love our country by simply practicing these three things: First, is to fall in line which instill discipline among the pupils. Second, is pick up the pieces of rubbish which exemplifies love of nature and lastly, practice “Magalang Bow” which demonstrates love and respect to elderly and to our country. These three little things encapsulated the main message extended to our teachers which goes like “Kayo ang responsable sa kinabukasan ng Pilipinas.”
A work orientation followed after the oath-taking which focused on the following topics: Vision, Mission and Core Values which was tackled by Mr. Henry P. Contemplacion; Employees Welfare and Benefits which was discussed by Mrs. Carmena A. Gozo; Ground for Disciplinary Action which was delivered by Mr. Arturo J. Fernandez and the Code of Ethics which was given by Mrs. Criselda D. Moresca.
The event was a successful one as the participants were enlightened on their roles and responsibilities as well as the benefits of being a DepEd employee.
