The Education Program Supervisors and Public Schools District Supervisors were also present during the ceremony. The induction and oath-taking was administered by our OIC- Schools Division Superintendent, Susan DL. Oribiana. The inspiring message imparted by the OIC-SDS emphasized that teachers should teach the pupils on how to passionately love our country by simply practicing these three things: First, is to fall in line which instill discipline among the pupils. Second, is pick up the pieces of rubbish which exemplifies love of nature and lastly, practice “Magalang Bow” which demonstrates love and respect to elderly and to our country. These three little things encapsulated the main message extended to our teachers which goes like “Kayo ang responsable sa kinabukasan ng Pilipinas.

A work orientation followed after the oath-taking which focused on the following topics: Vision, Mission and Core Values which was tackled by Mr. Henry P. Contemplacion; Employees Welfare and Benefits which was discussed by Mrs. Carmena A. Gozo; Ground for Disciplinary Action which was delivered by Mr. Arturo J.
