REMINDERS:
Application for New Permit/Renewal of Permit and Recognition (PRIVATE SCHOOLS)
(DepEd Order No. 88, s. 2010)

Please be reminded of the following deadlines:

Application for:
NEW PERMIT – On or before August 30
RENEWAL OF PERMIT – On or before January 2
RECOGNITION – On or before February 1

Submit the required documents to:

sanpablo4a.privateschool@gmail.com (REGION)

and

spcprivateschool@gmail.com (DIVISION)

as much as possible EARLIER than the deadlines.

Arrange the documents according to the order in the corresponding CHECKLISTS.

Inform the Division Office, School Management Monitoring and Evaluation Section, upon receipt of the Order of Payment for the scheduling of the ocular inspection.
