People are the heart and soul of an organization and that productivity starts from within. In an organization, people with diverse attitudes and values about work are brought together to achieve the organizations mission. Individuals should learn to identify and clarify their personal values and goals as they relate to the organization’s values and goals.
This program was designed to bring together individual and work values. This will enable them to realize the alignment between the organizational work values. Moreover, this will help them define the core values of service, timeliness, team effort, hard work and qualiy, and then clarify how these core values influence productivity.
The general objective of the training was to learn how to create in groups a respectful, trusting and supportive environment leading to enhanced productivity and member satisfaction.
